Data Strategy Manager
Based near Paris city
Our client, a french leader of the FMCG market, is engaged in an ambitious digital transformation plan. The modernization of the tech landscape of the company is a key factor to meet these objectives. The Group data team is in charge of defining the strategy, supporting entities in implementing it and to coordinate strategic programs to accelerate massively on the data transformation.
We seek a Data & AI enthusiast with successful track record in data & analyics strategy, ideally at a major retailer or a top consulting firm. Someone with a strong business acumen and result-driven would be highly appreciated.
You will join a Data Strategy & Governance team and help it tackle the exciting challenges to accelerate this data transformation.
Your main assignements would be :
You define the global analytics strategy for all international business units : from the analysis of strategic business needs, the identification and structuring of the pipeline of analytics use cases to the formalization of the roadmap.
You define and evaluate qualitative and quantitative KPIs / business case to measure the impact of analytics.
You will have to be fully aware of the market context and gather benchmarks on analytics to inspire people
You ensure the execution of the strategy, partnering with local CDO and helping them be successful.
You utilize your solid knowledge of technology trends across Data & Analytics, to address opportunities and create value.
You certainly have some solid analytical and quantitative problem-solving skills (to conduct research, to analyse data, to develop hypotheses, to synthesise recommendations), but also some technological tools (GCP).
You know how to interact with both technical and non-technical audiences (including C-levels), while using excellent oral and written communication and presentation skills in French and English.
