Senior Account Manager / Campaign Manager

Our client, a joint venture between a media agency and one of the leaders in the retail industry, has a strong ambition and business plan to become a leader in retail media. Reinforcing their teams, they create a position of Account Manager who will be working on an international scope.

As part of the VP Operation Manager’s team, your role will be to manage the implementation of campaigns (mainly Digital), ensure their quality, and create reports for your various stakeholders. Managing the workflow and timelines, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders to coordinate each step of the campaign to achieve your client goals.

We are looking for someone with an experience of 4 years in campaign management in the retail and/or media industry who can coordinate multiple projects and prioritize tasks. Excellent interpersonal skills, you can collaborate with different stakeholders while maintaining a keen attention to detail. You also have strong problem-solving skills and an analytic mindset to address issues and challenges that arise during campaign execution.

Working in an international environment, you are fluent in French and in English.

Your main missions are the following:

  • Campaign Management
    • Oversee the end-to-end process of advertising campaign execution, from planning to invoicing.
    • Collaborate with internal teams to define campaign goals and requirements.
    • Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to address any quality issues and make necessary revisions.
    • Coordinate and prioritize the flow of creative assets, tracking between internal and external stakeholders.
    • Create and share a go live proof for client.
    • Monitoring and ensuring a smooth display of the campaign.
  • Quality Control
    • Conduct thorough reviews of creative assets, tracking, etc. to ensure accuracy, consistency, and adherence to brand guidelines.
    • Validate technical specifications and requirements for various media channels, ensuring compliance with industry standards.
  • Reporting and Analysis
    • Monitoring and ensuring a smooth display and good performance of the campaign.
    • Generate reports and provide insights on campaign performance, including delivery metrics & KPI.
    • Sharing report to the client
