We are looking for a Digital Growth & Performance Leader France to join one of our clients, an innovative international company experiencing strong growth.
As Digital Growth & Performance Leader, you will oversee the entire digital journey, with a focus on demand capture and demand generation. You will play a key role in implementing data-driven, performance-oriented digital strategies aligned with overall business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
Digital Strategy & Performance
• Define and execute a data-driven digital strategy across search, social, display, video, programmatic, CRM, SEO/SEM, website, and email marketing
• Optimize demand capture and demand generation across all digital channels
• Leverage data and insights to drive decision-making, audience segmentation, and customer journey improvements
Measurement, Optimization & Budget
• Track KPIs, implement attribution models, and develop Test & Learn programs
• Manage digital budgets and scenario planning to maximize ROI
• Ensure regulatory compliance, data security, and digital reputation
Leadership & Cross-Functional Collaboration
• Lead, mentor, and inspire a multidisciplinary digital team
• Collaborate closely with Brand Managers and sales teams to ensure lead quality and pipeline
velocity
• Manage external agencies and partners
Candidate Profile:
• 7–10 years of experience in digital leadership in an international context
• Strong expertise in performance-oriented digital strategy and analytics
• Proven experience in demand capture and demand generation
• Fluent in French and English
• Collaborative and cross-functional leadership
• Analytical mindset and data-driven culture
• Performance and results-oriented
• Ability to thrive in a dynamic, transforming environment
